In the unlikely
event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at zeba.ie in writing or via email within 7 days
We offer a 14 day return policy. The 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will only accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken. A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s value is payable for all items returned unless the item is faulty or damaged in which case no restocking fee is payable.
Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.

Please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we cannot accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we cannot process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping and any restocking fee.
If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return we will pay for the return postage provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available. If you are returning a product which is outside of the 14 day period from when you received your order store credit will be issued. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not completely satisfied with the products received you can return to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
The product must be returned to us unopened and unused.
Naturally we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. We recommend that customers get a "proof of posting certificate" from your Postal Service Provider to guarantee the packages safe return to us.
Please allow up to 14 days for processing of refunds.
